Globalization in short points to the whole effort towards making the world global community as one community. Goods that were only found in western countries can now be found throughout the globe. Now underdeveloped areas can enjoy the benefits of scientific advances and industrial progress available in developed countries for the development and growth of their areas.

Globalization can also be defined as a current process by which regional economies, societies, and cultures have become integrated through a spanning network of communication and trade. Another conflict of fair trade is that it cost more to import the goods into another nation then what it will cost to sell it. The fair trade pricing is set by FLO (Fairtrade Labelling Organizations International), therefore, it can be too low for certain producers and farmers and is not enough to meet their basic needs.

Some ethical problems that mangers have to deal with in international business is human rights such as the working conditions that they people in other nations have to endure during the work day, even the salary that most of the workers are getting paid an hour.

There are many difference in managerial styles in selected countries such as Japan and the U.S has a high difference in managerial styles in selected countries, whereas Germany and Saudi Arabia does not have a culture that has high score in the dimension of power distance.
