One thing that I think I could do would be express my personal opinions on any given situation. I can also take into account the opinions of others. By doing this, I would be demonstrating transformational leadership in the team I am working in. It would build trust and respect between myself and the people working around me. Also, if a tough situation was ever presented to myself or anyone working with me, I could listen to everyone’s opinion on how to handle it. This would encourage everyone to be creative and to think strategically when faced with situations.
