In a child’s perspective they look up to their elders to teach them what they think is the right thing to do even though, what they think is the right thing to do may not really be the right thing. We still read the book To Kill A Mockingbird,because children didn’t have much bias as they were young. Through Scouts braveness, toughness, and adventurousness it helps the readers better see what life was like as a kid in the 60’s. Throughout the book Scout shows bravery in many ways. One way Scout showed bravery is when she talked backed to the teacher because she was defending her classmate. This showed bravery because she know that talking back to the teacher would get her in trouble with the principle or her dad but she did it anyway. One way Scout showed adventurousness is when Jem, Dill and her went to the Radley's house to find a way to make Boo Radley come outside. This showed her adventurous side because it was over the summer and when they got bored doing all the other things they were doing they assumed that making Boo radley come out would be a fun thing to do instead.Another way that Scout shows her adventurous side is when Jem went to get his pants back from the fence but he wanted to go alone but Scout wanted to tag along with him. This shows her adventurous side because it was in the middle of the night and Scout rather go follow him instead of sleep.
