When explaining the importance of ethics and values in the sustainability of a business organisation I would like start to by exploring the definition of ethics and values. By understanding these definitions this will allow us to understand the significance of these two elements in sustainability of a business organisation and how they bring about or contribute towards the sustainability. I will also briefly discuss what sustainability is.
A business organisation is made up of employees and stakeholders individuals who are different in many ways. Too my understanding ethics are those moral principle that govern or influence the behaviour of individuals so then values would be your own attitude towards a thing. Basically your ethics would be influenced by the way you think, you’re up bring and cultural experience.
Ethics concern an individual's moral decisions about what is right and wrong. Decisions taken within an organisation are made by individuals or groups of people, but whoever makes the decisions will be influenced by the culture of the company. The decision to behave ethically is a moral one; employees must decide what they think is the right course of action. This may involve rejecting the route that would lead to the biggest short-term profit Ethical behaviour and social responsibility can bring a significant benefits to a business. For example, they may:

make employees want to stay with the business, reduce labour turnover and therefore increase productivity
attract more employees wanting to work for the business, reduce recruitment costs and enable the company to get the most talented employees

In my conclusion, business ethics is the key to a successful business. Personal values plays a main factor to help you in business. “Whatever you do, work hearty, as for the Lord and not for men” (Colossians 3:23). In my business and personal life, I will make sure everything I do is from the heart and for the Lord. I will never put materialistic things over the works and calling of the
Values determine what is important in decision-making. Ethics involves conduct, the ability to determine right and wrong. All organizations face ethical dilemmas. Organizations develop corporate social responsibility in reaction to the values and expectations of society. Corporate social responsibility initiatives aim to protect public health, safety and the environment (Joyner, Payne, & Raiborn, 2002)....
Ethics is a social, religious, or civil code of behavior considered appropriate, especially that of a specific group, profession, or individual. Business ethics is the analyzation of moral and social accountability in reference to procedures and the making of decisions in a company (Merriam, 2015). While every individual has their own value system in regards to ethics, there is a type
Leadership at times can be a complex topic to delve into and may appear to be a simple and graspable concept for a certain few. Leadership skills are not simply acquired through position, seniority, pay scale, or the amount of titles an individual holds but is a characteristic acquired or is an innate trait for the fortunate few who possess it. Leadership can be misconstrued with management; a manager “manages” the daily operations of a company’s work while a leader envisions, influences, and empowers the individuals around them.
You need to be able to easily offer your employees benefits, manage compliance, and control costs, especially as your business continues to grow.
The over-reaching question however is what is ethics? Ethics is defined as, an area of study that deals with ideas about what is good and bad behavior: a branch of philosophy dealing with what is morally right or wrong (Merriam-Webster, n.d.). Granted this a rather broad definition. However, ethics are the cornerstone upon which businesses must be built on.
”Leadership involves the exhibition of style or behavior by managers or supervisors while dealing with subordinates; leadership is a critical determinant of the employees ' actions toward the achievement of the organizational goals” (Saeed, Almas, Anis-ul-Haq, & Niazi, 2014). Leadership is a strength that initiates, inspires, and guides the cooperation and attitudes of others on the way to set vision. Leadership is influential and involves several styles of approaches that involve trust, accomplishment and focus to reach a projected result. Using and implementing the ideas of others motivates new thinking and gains the confidence to build the trust and encourage everyone to work to the same goals (Northouse,

All businesses need to make a profit or a surplus. Profit is the money left over after all the expenses has been paid. Profit provides money for further growth, investment and rewarding the owner(s) as well as their shareholders. PEP need to increase their sales and market shares in order to make a profit.
Encourage the involvement of people at all levels and help people to use and develop their abilities for the companies benefit.
Leadership, without doubt, is a significantly important function of management. It helps to aggrandize efficiency and to fulfil an organization’s goals. Leadership is the ability of a manager to induce the subordinates to work with confidence, determination, courage and zeal. It is also defined as ability to influence a group towards the realization of a goal. Leaders should have the capability of developing future visions, and to drive the organizational members to want to attain the visions. This paper states my points in which I duly believe, justifies the importance of an outstanding leader in any organization.
Leadership is the ability of a superior to influence the behaviour of subordinates and persuade them to follow a particular course of action (Barnard, 1938).It is the ultimate act which brings to success all of the potent potential that is in an organisation and its people and it transforms potential to reality (LEADERSHIP THEORIE...
