Purpose
Preparation to be the project manager of IBM is the objective of third year career plan. Working in the company for 3 years as a team manager can give an excellent experience and also best knowledge of the organization.
Skills and Abilities Making ready to move internally in the organization to become a project manager needs technical skills and management skills like analytical skills and cognitive thinking.
Job Satisfaction Attributes Being a great employee who does the best performance to the company is the most satisfaction of the employee who recognizes that how the company give a great chance in life and this is more important than the reward in term of payment. Refer to my career goal and passion which is to become project manger of IBM. So I have to work in that way to reach goal. To become a project manager sequential steps are required. Directly a software developer cannot become a project manager .It requires time and experience of an organisation to deal with the team and to manage them effectively.
