This report explains briefly the steps I made in my Internship that took place at Top Gifts Company. As an undergraduate student, it is a requirement to fulfill an internship course as a final step before graduation. I chose Top Gifts, because although it is a small local business with a decent reputation, but I have heard a lot about the owner’s accomplishments and aimed to benefit from learning about the international business they are running.
I began my internship from September 22nd 2011 till the 11th of August 2013. After getting the proper training, the manager started assigning some clerical duties for me to accomplish. Top Gifts is a local family business that import its products from overseas and deliver to the Lebanese market as a wholesaler selling them to retail shops.

Top Gifts seeks to be leader in their business locally and trading between Chinese as well as African markets.
The company aims to serve the entire existing customer and of course the potential one and lead them to their satisfaction which will lead to earn more profit.
Employees of the company, although not so many, were grouped in different departments such as marketing, sales, human resources and accounting. Each employee is an expert in his field. In this way, the company benefits from the specialization of individuals that will develop common knowledge across the group.
Due to fierce competition in the market, this puts great pressure on the company not only to find growth opportunities, but to choose the best growth opportunities available at the moment.
