Golf is a great sport for people to get into because of the health benefits it has on people. I have researched the effects that golf has on people and the results were surprising and interesting. For a sport that is so peaceful and easy to understand the benefits you get from it can change lives and help people. As a golf player I really enjoyed learning and now I know how to improve my game the knowledge I have obtained through my research. The walking also stimulates your brains memory circuits which ends up strengthening them (Roald). Golf also improves and strengthens your eyesight just from playing (Roald). This is because you are constantly looking for a little white ball or focusing on a pin that can be 400 yards away. You are strengthening your eyes to see the little things that most people could miss or wouldn’t see. The effects that golf has on the mind and body is incredible. Golf can help everybody since it has a great deal of physical exercise, improves your flexibility, can decrease your chances of having a stroke, heart attack or dementia. Golf can also increase your eyesight, hand eye coordination, and even improve your lifespan just from playing the game.
