Why are you interested in this position? * I am interested in this position because I love helping others. When I can give other people advice and help them through problems that they are having it makes me feel happy. Another reason I am interested in this position is because it would be such a great experience to have. It would give me an opportunity to work with lots of great new people. When somebody drops off a job for us to do they usually leave us a brief explanation of what they want and then leave a name and a phone number for us to let them know when the job is done. One day last year, I had a lady come in to drop off a family history book that she wanted us to make copies of and bind for her. With her originals she left lots of paper pieces (newspaper clippings, old letters, and pictures) for us to scan and print out with the copies. While I was doing the job, I noticed that some of my scanned images from the newspaper clippings were coming out too dark, unreadable, and sometimes crooked and cutting parts off. When I noticed I could have easily taken more time to place everything more straight on the scanner, and scan everything to the computer with a higher DPI setting to make the images show up lighter. Instead of doing that I decided that I was in too much of a hurry to fix it, we had a store full of other people that kept interrupting me, and we had a counter full of other jobs that were waiting. So I kept scanning them and just left them all how they were. After I had printed and bound all twenty copies of this 200 page family history book, the lady came to pick them up and was very angry that some of the copies looked so unreadable and very poorly done. After I saw how upset she was at how awful the books looked, I offered to re-do the job. This time I took my time to place all of the newspaper clippings, letters,
