There is a new stadium coming to town! We have chosen one of the most tourist attracted cities: Las Vegas. The sport is going to be Football. We chose football because it is one of the most popular sport in Las Vegas.
The specific location will be in Downtown Las Vegas. The main transportation will be trains and buses. Since there are multiple shuttle services in Las Vegas, you can also use their services. Walking is also convenient if you are nearby.
Population of the area is approximately 600,00 plus people. For the intended area, around 50 percent live in downtown Las Vegas so this is pretty high because the stadium will be packed with a huge crowd.
The demographic of Las Vegas is very diverse and safe. Around 25.2% of people are under the age of 18 while 74.8% are above 18. The average income per household is around 60,000 and the number of educated people with a bachelor’s degree is around 19% of the population of Las Vegas. Even the gender ratio is fairly even; 50.3% of males and 49.7% of females.

We know that there are various radio stations around the area but the number 1 radio station would have to be 98.5. With the help of 98.5 radio station, we can build interests in many ways. As for digital social media, we will work rigorously on promoting the team every second on social medias like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
One can say that the city of Las Vegas is safe and secure. There has been low level of criminal activities in the area and when it comes to the security level at our stadium, it will be at its peak. This is a guarantee because the rating of safety and security of the city is over
The Dallas Cowboys, America’s football team, one of the most well known professional football franchises in the sport’s history. The Cowboys own five super bowl titles, which were won in ’71, ’77, ’92, ’93 and ’95. They are also home to 19 renowned individuals who have been inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame including standout football stars Tony Dorsett, Emmit Smith, and Troy Aikman. Established in 1960, the Cowboys have been a dominating force on the field and still continue to produce to this day. Forbes wrote, “The Cowboys franchise value reaches over 1.85 billion and are listed as the third most valued sports team in the world”, (Page 1). With all of this hype and world wide recognition the powerhouse from Dallas needs a venue just as prominent as the team itself as well as having the capability to hold all the weight the Cowboys name carries.
Las Vegas is seen as an open market due to the lack of professional sports teams. Many residents have been waiting for Vegas to get a team for years and have had to pick an out of state team to call theirs. We will create a marketing slogan such as, “The Raiders are coming!” to help stir up excitement for the team. We will plaster this on billboards, on TV, in magazines, and in the newspaper. We will hold events and auction off and give away season tickets to lucky fans. The will promise the greatest luxuries in the new arena. It is very important to make these new potential fans feel welcomed to our organization. As a team and as an organization, we will try to be competitive to ensure to these fans that we mean to bring a championship to their city. Players on the team will hold press conferences and fan meetups and autograph sessions in Las Vegas in the months leading up to the move. This will hopefully get some of the current NFL fans to jump over and it will pull in the young children who have yet to pick a favorite team. Casinos in Vegas bring in a vast amount of the city’s revenue. The Raiders organization will pay these casinos in order to be our sponsors and advertise us in the casinos. We will also build our own Casino right outside the stadium in order to bring people over to the games. We will also create partnerships with the many hotels in the
The multi-purpose arena that I have chosen to evaluate is Boston University’s Agganis Arena. This arena is considered to be the next generation of Boston sports and entertainment by incorporating the latest multimedia technologies and providing the finest possible sight lines and views of the action. The arena is located within Boston University's new $225 million John Hancock Student Village, a 10-acre hub of activity designed to be the thriving center of student life and athletics, Agganis Arena is a state-of-the-art, multipurpose sports and entertainment center scheduled to open in January 2005. A 290,000-square-foot premier venue with 6,300 seats for hockey and ice shows, the Arena is expandable to over 7,200 seats for concerts, sporting events, and family shows.
When most people think about the state Nevada, they think about gambling, fast weddings and easy divorces, prostitution and twenty four hour a day drinking. Reno and Las Vegas have capitalized on these markets and use them to attract tourist into their casinos. One town in Nevada attracts tourist for a completely different reason. Just a short 2 hour drive from Las Vegas the town of Rachel Nevada pulls in tourist hoping to catch a glance of something extraterrestrial.
After recording the behaviors of disabled and nondisabled guests at Downtown Disney, it became evident that the social construction of disability may have an influence on the amount of interest or engagement shown between individuals. Based on the observations recorded, it appears that the nondisabled people seemed to show a lack of interest or regard for the disabled people involved in the interactions. Although it may not have been overt, it seemed nondisabled people exhibited subtle signs of superiority over disabled people, appearing to treat them as if they were helpless or burdensome.
The city I chose was Las Vegas, NV that ranks 298 on the Building Resilient Regions website. The Spanish named this huge valley that was full of wild grass and minerals “The Meadows” that then translated into Las Vegas. Now, Las Vegas is very different among U.S cities for it is famous for the luxury casinos and the shows. It has the title of being the “Entertainment Capital of the World” and is very prosperous in cultivating a diversified economy. I chose this city because it is a city that truly never sleeps and always has some sort of resource going in or out. Another reason why I chose Las Vegas is because it is one of the strongest economic cities in the United States and certainly takes up a lot of resources to fuel this never stopping city. I was very interested in researching to see why Las Vegas wasn’t resilient and what could be improved.
Football, specifically NFL football, has become a staple of the annual holiday, something the NFL is keenly aware of.
“Place your bets”, the dealer shouted as he shuffled the deck of cards. Las Vegas, also known as sin city stands as one of the best popular cities for tourists in the United States. It is located in the state of Nevada. With miraculous shows, luxurious hotel/casinos, and fascinating attractions, and Las Vegas is definitely worth a visit.
...pular among visitors. With more than a few Wedding Chapels within the city limits, Las Vegas is also a well-known destination for newlyweds. There are not many destinations that young couples can say there "I Do's" in front of Elvis Presley, and instantly be on there Honeymoon, for a relatively cheap price.
Las Vegas also it is familiar as “Sin City,” is one of the most famous tourist place in the world. It is an incredible place in the middle of dessert, it is a city established from nothing to something great. Vegas has developed in tourism and population as well to become beyond universal. Las Vegas has ranked the fastest-growing state, according to the Las Vegas review journal, “Nevada ranked as the nation’s two fastest-growing states over the past year, according to U.S. Census Bureau population estimates for 2016 released Tuesday.” Las Vegas is known as a gambling city, nightclubs and casinos. Gambling plays a big role in many Nevadans Lifestyles. This is such a problem that should be considered. In this essay I will discuss about how gambling has a big effect on Nevadans lifestyle, plus how to avoid being addictive to gambling. In Las Vegas there are stereotypes of gambling, such as Lottery, slot machines, cards, and many others. But in this essay I will only discuss on slot machines.
There are many examples of cities reforming itself over time, one significant example is Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. More than a hundred years after the discovery of gold that drew thousands of migrants to Vancouver, the city has changed a lot, and so does one of its oldest community: Downtown Eastside. Began as a small town for workers that migrants frequently, after these workers moved away with all the money they have made, Downtown Eastside faced many hardships and changes. As a city, Vancouver gave much support to improve the area’s living quality and economics, known as a process called gentrification. But is this process really benefiting everyone living in Downtown Eastside? The answer is no. Gentrification towards DTES(Downtown Eastside) did not benefit the all the inhabitants of the area. Reasons are the new rent price of the area is much higher than before the gentrification, new businesses are not community-minded, and the old culture and lifestyle of the DTES is getting erased by the new residents.
Some of the key demographics include the median annual income household, being $63,237. 49.7% of the population is woman and the remainder being men. Education varies, as 91.0% of the population has a high school diploma or better, while 37% of individuals having a associate or a bachelor’s degree. 23.6% under 18, 15.2% from
...tion’s worst and stem from the fact that the state is host to a wide range of tourists who visit Las Vegas. The next time you visit Nevada for some gambling fortune, it won’t be a bad idea to take some security precautions too.
Las Vegas is a place to get away from all their problems only to get into more trouble a place world famous for gambling. Secondly for all the various exhibitions, and thirdly for famous artist performances. And then the sex. Prostitution is forbidden within city limits, but in the local phone book you will find about 100 pages solely for “private dancers”. A euphemism for female entertainment anyway you like it.
Multiple support thrusters will keep the stadium in the air they are high powered rocket thrusters and they are the integral part of this idea without them the stadium would not fly or be able to come to you so yes they must be strictly maintained. It’s uses would be this every fan wants to go and see the game themselves but they always can’t because of travel time, price, and some more reasons but they are by far the largest so the stadium will travel to the fan and via a short helicopter ride bam you're at the game. A problem with the stadium is that if the driver needed to make a turn or dodging some ducks that are flying next to the stadium then this could disrupt the game or even cause an emergency
