Charisma Without charisma, a person cannot be an efficient leader. There are many reasons why this statement is true in the real world and in the play Julius Caesar. Most of the leaders in our world do not just sit there and expect the popularity and shine to come to them. These leaders perfect their attitude and charm to inspire others to follow them. Julius Caesar started with nothing and grew to become a huge leader of Rome. He did this by his charm, strong work ethic, and being a man of action. Donald Trump has attained his popularity by these same three characteristics.
