Most of the leaders in our world do not just sit there and expect the popularity and shine to come to them. These leaders perfect their attitude and charm to inspire others to follow them. Julius Caesar started with nothing and grew to become a huge leader of Rome. He did this by his charm, strong work ethic, and being a man of action. Donald Trump has attained his popularity by these same three characteristics. Julius Caesar built his charm and liking from people from the ground up. “It was Caesar’s charm and charisma that continued to help him go from obscurity to the top,” states Jason Rogers who wrote the article, “Julius Caesar’s 6 secrets to success.” Julius used his used his charm to influence the people of Rome. Caesar was a great speaker and was able to persuade the people through his speeches. The charm that Caesar had created a group of followers. Similarly, in today's world, Donald Trump has persuaded the people of the United States. His charismatic personality and social skills also enticed a group of followers. This was evident when he won the presidential election of the United States.

Caesar was constantly working toward his goal. He was willing to do anything and everything to make him closer to becoming the leader of Rome. Caesar was always on the go to attain more followers. One major characteristic of Donald Trump was also his strong work ethic to attain followers. He was willing to travel tirelessly to reach as many people as he could. In a famous speech Donald Trump says, “Success comes from failure, not from memorizing the answers” (Investopedia). This proves that he was willing to fail and continue to work hard toward his
