2. Biographical Information: The name of the serial killer that I researched is Donald Harvey. Biographical Information Donald Harvey was born on April 15, 1952. He is still alive and serving life in prison. He was born in Butler County, Ohio. Which is only three hours and twenty-four minutes from Tell City. At school Harvey was considered unapproachable and kept to himself a lot. He mostly would rather hang around the adults than with the kids in the school yard. He was very intelligent, but he found school to be very boring. He dropped out of school at the age of sixteen. But he did earn a GED a year after. Some say that the reason he liked being around adults so much was because at the same time he was being sexually abused by his uncle and older neighbor. Description of Criminal Activities On March 31, 1971 Harvey was arrested for the first time. He was arrested for burglary and at the time of his arrest he was very drunk. While he was in custody he confessed to being a murderer but the investigation into the murder failed to turn up any evidence and he ultimately faced the burglary charges. …show more content…

According to murderpedia.org Harvey would press a plastic bag and wet towel over the mouth and nose, sprinkle rat poison in a patient’s dessert, added arsenic and cyanide to orange juice, injected cyanide into a intravenous tube, and injected cyanide into a patient’s buttocks. He would better his techniques by studying medical journals. Harvey would mix a vial of cyanide or arsenic and bring it to work where he would slip it into his victim’s food or pour it directly into their gastric
