In the course of this semester, the class saw the differences between ethical and unethical companies. The companies our group researched are USAA, The Cheesecake Factory, General Mills, Google, and The Marriott International.Through our research it was determined what the missions statements and Code of Ethics the companies had. Our group decided to focus on ethical companies. In 1922, USAA was founded in San Antonio, Texas. The company 's founding values are service, loyalty and integrity. Their mission statement is to facilitate the financial security of its members, associates and their families by providing a full range of highly competitive financial products and services. The company seeks to be the provider of choice for the military community. USAA has strong core values, the company is dedicated to the financial well-being of all their members and their families.
