Have you ever thought of all of the negative problems with competitive sports? Well when my class had to write a draft about competitive sports I choosed against. The reason why is because of all of the injuries such as concussions, broken bones, and torn muscles. There is also, too much time and commitment that you need to put into competitive sports. But one of the huge factors is that competitive sports start to develop a bad attitude. And this is what i’m going to be writing about. Because I felt very strongly about this topic. Because my self personally I have dealt with a lot of bad attitudes coming from my teammates. They get mad because the coach yells at them then they take the anger out on other teammates which can put the team down. And …show more content…

My second reason, is that teammates are taking frustrations out on others. Which shouldn't have to happen, because if you get yelled at you know what you need to work on to get better. My last reason why competitive sports start to develop bad attitudes is because once you get a bad attitude it is hard to get rid of. My personal experience with competitive sports has been great. But what was not so great is having to deal with bad attitudes coming from other teammates. What happened is one of my teammates got yelled at because she wasn't fixing what the coach told her to do. Instead of not taking the advice from the coach she would roll her eyes and act like she was perfect. The coach has enough of this nonsense. So What happened is my teammates got yelled at. Then this put the whole team down, because my teammate wasn't trying her hardest. And the sport i'm talking about is cheer. And this sport is about teamwork and working together. But at this point know one was working together because of this one person. What i'm trying to prove is competitive sports can really lead to bad
