In a time long, long ago there was a god named Zeus, and a goddess named Hera. These two both had a child, and named him Hephaestus, and he was one of the ugliest babies ever born. He was so ugly that both of the parents didn't want him anymore.

Hera decided to throw the Hephaestus off of a cliff. Being a immortal god, Hephaestus didn't die, but instead grew up on his own. As time went on he acquired the skill of smithing. This was one of the greatest skills a man could have. Smithing is when you make weapons and other little things like that. One day while Hera was strolling through villages she saw a man with the greatest sword she had ever seen.

Hera asked the man where he had gotten it from, and he said, “there is a smither two villages away towards the north.” Hera thanked the man, and set on his journey towards the north. Many days later she came upon the second village in the North. There she found the smither, and asked for his name. The smither lifted his mask and said, “Hephaestus.” As soon as Hera saw his face, she knew he was her son, because of how ugly he was. Hephaestus wanted revenge on his father the most of all. The next days he made a plan on a weapon to build. This weapon would be the best he had ever made. For multiple weeks, he worked on this weapon in his smithing shop. The finished project was a magnificent bow, and pouch of never ending arrows. This bow was made from solid silver and gold. The bow's string was made from the strongest horse hair he could find. His arrows were made from the lightest metal he could find, titanium. The tips of his arrows were made from silver. The really cool part about his arrows is that he took them to a witch, that put a fire spell on them. This fire spell would inflict the pain of fire on whoever it hit.
