Collaborate and partners with operations, practice administration, physicians and Office of Patient Experience, to establish best practice for operational processes to align with the department/division mission, vision and objectives.

Participate in weekly access meetings and strategy workgroups to enhance best practice and operational effectiveness via statistical data and outpatient practice metrics to assure efficiency and accuracy in general scheduling operations and processes.

Apply continuous technical and quality assurance resolution to patient/department complaints, ensuring departmental quality; project improvement, leading multidisciplinary teams, implementation of policies and systems.
