The fight between Israel and Palestine has been seen as an unfair battle, due to the high-tech supplies given to Israel by the US. Israel’s military is extremely strong and constantly growing, with people joining from all over the world, while Palestine’s main defense is a terrorist group called Hamas. Israel has been forced into building a wall surrounding the Gaza strip to stop these terror attacks from harming the citizens of Israel. Palestine believes that Israel’s fighting is too severe compared to Palestine’s attempts at attacking Israel. Gideon Levy wrote, “Once again, Israel’s violent responses, even if there is justification to them, exceed all proportion and cross every red line of humaneness, morality, international law, and wisdom (Document 5, Palestinian View)”. The Palestinians believe that the Israeli military is fighting too much and unfairly, and should not be allowed to take these measures against them. …show more content…

Israel is doing what it can to fight back against a terrorist group, which has plainly stated that their goal is to destroy the state of Israel (individual source), and the wall has worked so far in keeping them out. Israel is fighting against groups of people who want them dead, while Israel’s goal is to end the fighting so that there can be peace. Although the Palestinians have had a drastic number of deaths and injuries, Israel should not only be allowed to continue getting their weapons from the US, but should also be allowed to keep the wall up. The Palestines may believe that there is no excuse for the amount of deaths they have endured, but there is even less of an excuse for forming a terrorist group designed to murder people who simply wanted their own
