This article from Dank Meredith, Lachman Pamela, Janine M. Zweig, Yahner Jennifer “Dating Violence Experiences of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Youth”. The authors describe the violence involving (hate crimes and bullying) in an adolescent’s dating relationships. This study focuses on the physical, psychological, sexual, and cyberdating violence among LGBT youths. Ultimately, the authors conclude the LGBT youth are at a higher risk for all types of dating violence victimization compared to heterosexual youth.
