In Dar El Mona Healthcare Resort I managed my own case load including assessment, treatment and program modification. I was professionally, legally and autonomously responsible for all phases of physiotherapy practice. I used different valid and reliable assessment tools and clinical knowledge and skills to undertake comprehensive patient assessment including those with complex presentations and multipathologies. I used to formulate and deliver individualized evidence based physiotherapy treatment programs that included wide variety of treatment options such as therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance and coordination, hydrotherapy, manual therapy and electrotherapy. Moreover, I maintained distinguished empathic relations with all members of the MDT. I regularly liaised with colleagues regarding assessment, treatment and program modification. I attended the in service training and actively participated in the continuous professional development (CPD). I also supervised less experienced physiotherapists and physiotherapy assistances.
