IMPLICATIONS CYBERCRIMES TO PEOPLE IN MALAYSIA
One of the implications cybercrimes is personal image theft occurs. It means that cybercriminal will take the picture that girl use it on social media to open a new fake account. This will make person have a problem because criminal can do anything with the photos without they know it. When scammer already have photo they will open a new fake account use a photo that they theft and make anything they want such as post indecent picture. When it happens it can be a shameful thing not to owner photo but all the family will involve in this case. It means scammer will use all the information that they use in social media such as real name, address, date of birth, location that one’s here and so on. People must be careful when they want insert to Facebook it need to fill up the information given. In fill up the information it need to be careful because it nonsense information will sold to marketing office with bad things. That’s why in fill up information it need to make sure don’t give true one information about you. Scammer will use your information even it unlawful. The Ministry of Communications and Multimedia has come together to explain to the public what the consequences of the internet's abuse in cyberspace. This effort is made so that Malaysians know that the freedom to use the internet provided by the government has certain limitations. The community should also be aware that freedom and responsibility should be balanced so that the information technology should be used to help the daily work of human beings do not bring harm and bad consequences to other communities. Irresponsible people who are these cyber criminals should also be aware of the actions that will be imposed on them if found guilty for such a person will be fined not more than RM50,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 5 years or both. Implementing moral values in a person is also important so that one will always be on the path of goodness that this cybercriminal will not exist until it is a critical phenomenon
