Mongols The first thing that comes to most people's minds when they hear the word mongols is cruel, selfish, and merciless people. Also another great word to describe the mongols is barbaric. There is a ton of evidence to support these thoughts. There are many examples of how the Mongols act but one way is they are known to be selfish and they use their power to overcome small weak villages and take what isn't theirs. An example of the Mongols stealing land is when they took the northern part of China from Persia. The mongols felt they needed land so they used their large army to over power anyone to get what they wanted. Also another example of the mongols using their army to take land is when they took a large portion of land from Russia
