Any service provider will benefit significantly from E-Commerce in managing the CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Different industries adapted E-Commerce for different reasons, some of them were pioneering in implementing E-Commerce Solutions, and other are catching up.

The Healthcare sector is one of the most important sectors affecting human’s lives; it has to be the most efficient and effective sectors, and its data must be absolutely accurate and available all the time. Its very profitable and critical sector, but nevertheless they were lagging behind in getting benefited from the E-Commerce concept, and they may be considered one of last industries that adapted E-Commerce in their businesses.

In this paper, we will search the uses of the E-Commerce in the healthcare sector, what can be adapted as part of this technology, and what is still impossible to digitalize and emprise the E-Commerce theory. Defiantly there are some major challenges in the healthcare sector in implementing E-Commerce that we will try to identify and try to find solutions for, and with the current advancement in technologies of the healthcare, it will make it easier to add more and more functions to the E-Commerce
