Cover Letter The phrase “short and sweet” plays a key factor in what I learned because in the cover letter you can’t be too overwhelming in your explanation. Also, I learned about how the cover letter is more important than the Resume and it should not just copy the resume. The letter must tell the employer about what kind of job that you want and why you want to work for the employer.
Resume
The key part about writing a resume for me was that you need to know yourself, another word you have to have intrapersonal skills. You needed not only pay attention to all your skills but also your unimproved skills and values that you could potentially work on. I used Canva to create my personal brochure instead of the usual Microsoft word because it was a better alternative, which gave you more creativity. Also, by using different engines you are introduced to multiple online tools which employers these days are looking for; people who are good at using technology in any way possible.
Health & Safety Certificate By completing the quiz, I have learned many things about the Health and Safety of workers during their jobs and their rights. It has taught me to follow the right procedures in order to keep me safe as well as my health. Not only does it help me but I can now educate others about such accidents that could possibly occur during the workplace and show the correct steps that they could take for themselves to be safe.

Portfolio Summary As a result of completing my portfolio I’ve learned that I’m more focused upon the Academic side of the portfolio than any other side; I got more awards in this category from the past few years. I’ve also discovered that I don’t really spend much time thinking about the other categories such as work experience and extra-curricular; I’ve started to stop going for these types activities but I should really rethink this. This portfolio has definitely made me realize that I need to improve upon other categories, other than Academic, to allow me to become a well-rounded
