Behaviorism, Cognitive psychology and Constructivism are three learning theories that are used more in creating learning environments. However, these theories have been developed at time when learning was not affected by web technology29. In the last 25 years, the technologies have revolutionized the way of communication, the way people live and of course how people learn nowadays. Learning theories that describe the principles and learning process should reflect the underlying social environments. 1. Learning and knowledge are based on the diversity of opinion.
2. Learning is a specialized node connection process or information source.
3. Learning can be in non-human devices.
4. The ability to know more is more critical than what is currently known.
5. Construction and care connections is needed to facilitate lifelong learning.
6. The ability to see links between the fields, ideas, and concepts is a basic skill.
