Compromise plays a large role in any relationship. In special education comprise can apply to services in relation to teamwork and collaboration. Special education teachers collaborate with a variety of people (CEC, 2010). Due to the fact, there are a large amount of people who are involved in a child’s education does not mean they all agree all the time. There has to be room for compromise. Solbrekke (2008) suggest that ethics and compromise complementary components of a person’s professional reasonability. Through the use of both ethics and compromise teachers can be morally and technically responsive to the child’s need (Solbrekke, 2008).
