“They know that’s what the public wants, and we deliver what the people want”. When I hear this quote I think of a government. One of the government’s duties is to think of the people’s needs, what they want, and how they could better the communities. Another duty is to act on those needs and to deliver it to the people. Just like Anthem, and The Crucible, they each have governments that try to help their people. Unfortunately, not all governments succeed. In Anthem, the Council of Vocations took away freedom from people by assigning each person jobs, which also determined how they lived their lives.
