The older brother taught his younger brother how to walk because he was embarrassed by his disabilities; he loves his brother, but his pride gets in the way of that, too. Doodle learns to walk so his brother decides that he will learn how to swim and run so he would be normal when he starts to school. They both kill their brothers, but the sniper did not have a choice he had to shoot his brother or his brother was going to shoot him, they probably would not have shot at each other but they did comprehend they were brothers. Doodle’s brother was trying to help Doodle but he was also benefiting himself because he was embarrassed of his brothers disabilities.
