Dirt bike vs ATV Have you ever rode a dirt bike or quad? Many have not, most think that they are not safe, they are loud and they are just dumb. On the other way, many have rode both dirt bike and quad. I will talk about how a dirt bike is much better than a quad. The dirt bike is better than a quad for two reasons, the dirt bike is safer, less money, and the quad is known to crash more than a dirt bike. First, we will talk about how the dirt bike is much safer than the quad. The dirt bike is safer because, the stable platform of an ATV gives the rider a false sense of security. If a man goes riding fast and he turns a corner to fast, the bike will fall on him and the impact to the ground along can hurt badly. Studies show that, people that ride quads are more likely to roll over. This shows that dirt bikes can be less scary by knowing that more people crash on quads. The second reason why dirt bikes are better is, the dirt bike costs less than the quad. For most people, to save money is everything and most people would prefer less money. The quad is heavier than the dirt bike and that’s means there are more parts and if someone would break a big part of the quad like the engine, the rod is broken, or that person broke the gas line.
