Did you try any Colombia plate? Well there is one of the most popular plates that the Colombia gastronomy has. It is really popular plate in my country, and one of the most recognize for its taste, ingredients, and story.
First, It is called ‘’Ajiaco’’ it come from the capital Bogota. This is make it with chicken, three variety of potatoes. This is a thickening soup and creamy and deep grassy flavor Guascas, a native mountain herb with an aroma somewhere in between bay leaf, catnip, and parsley, adds a distinct flavor. Menudo is typically reserved for large family gatherings and special occasions due to the fact that it takes several hours to prepare the beef stomach. Gonzalez refers to “tripas y posole” in line eleven. This translates to “cow guts (tripe) and hominy,” the main ingredients in menudo.
