He started training in Tang Soo Do while serving in the United States Air Force. Chuck's dedication and hard work paid off as he earned multiple black belts in various martial arts disciplines, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo. He even became the first Westerner to achieve the rank of 8th-degree black belt in Taekwondo.
