Islam and Christianity are very close religions. They have the same origin, the central religious texts are very similar, and then demand the rigorous ethical standards and personal commitment. But what is the difference between these two religions? Why is Islam an inducement today? I think that it is ruled by three things. The originator of religion, the views and opinions of God, and the ways of salvation. I will explain the differences between the following paragraphs and try to figure out why.

First, the originator of religion is the main reason these two religions are very different. Islam was created by an Arab businessman who named Muhammad. He claimed that he got a revelation which is he comes from the angel of God. And then, the way to spread his religion is using the military power and violence. Depending on Qur'an 9: 5 and 47: 4, he is extremely encouraging his followers to exercise violence and kill pagans. And then, he also murders those people who have ridiculed him or do not believe that Islam. He also has killed some enslaved women and children. The originator of religion is often also an example of a believer in this religion. Believers will also follow their founder's behavior to practice their faith. According to Romans 10: 9-10, A man is rescued by the grace of God for believing in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The standard of judgment is absolute perfection, so nobody can achieve that. But why we still can pass the judgment? Because God is grace and mercy. He has given His Son to help us to be replaced for our sin. Here, the most difference between Christianity and Islam is that we cannot save ourselves, so we turn to Christ. He is the only man can meet God's approval requirements. Because of this, Christians face people and things with gratitude because they believe that it is the best way to repay
