CHARISMATIC LEADER THEORY
Max Weber first proposed charismatic Leader Theory at 1947. It is a link that can improve the relationship between the leaders and the followers. Although the charm is the innate quality in personal, but the charismatic leadership can be generated additionally between the leaders and followers (XXXX). The theory of charismatic attribution proposes that leadership qualities such as perseverance, strongness, self-confidence, boldness, energetic, passionate, strong sense of mission, superior speech ability and so on can increase the likelihood of the attribution of charismatic leaders (XXXX). Steve Jobs is the world's top master who has the most communication skills, the best at speaking.
