SUMMARY:
The motion picture is about youth named Guru, from a village in Gujarat, who longs for becoming big in life. The character, Gurukant Desai, at first moves to Turkey, where he is works in an oil company, however wants to come back to India and become a businessman there. He marries a girl for dowry to secure capital for his business and complete his dreams. He soon figures out that the business group is a ruled by a few persuasive and rich people, and understands that any endeavor to enter their positions won't be simple. He begins his organization Shakti Trading and ascensions the step of victory quickly. He encounters tremendous, exceptional victory through the constructive side of his character, yet is likewise almost demolished through a few darker components of his identity. He has the capacity to rally the country to his side when his organization faces criminal charges and wins. He then makes the greatest organization in Indian history. Actually, his objective at the end is to make the largest successful organization on the planet.
The movie Guru depicts strong characters and a strong organizational structure in it. The movie shows two important aspects of the character Guru that is the leadership and power that the character uses to be a successful entrepreneur and build a successful organization to benefit him and others.

According to the definition by Conger leadership is “A set of role behaviours that influence and co-ordinate the activities of a group....towards the achievement of a common goal”.

 When Guru and his company was put under the criminal charges he uses his speech to influence the court judges and also the power that he has in his hands. He is so influential that after the speech that he gives for 4 and a half minutes the court has to give the judgment in his favor and only 2 out of the 29 allegations were valid for which a small fine was charged.

All these instances in the movie represent the challenges that Guru has faced while making his organization successful. Even when the organization was successfully running there are a lot of problems that came up and Guru was able to successfully overcome them with the help of his leadership qualities , his boldness and also the power that he had gained over time.
