Madison little league is in need of raising money for yearly operation activities, and to assist make maintenance overhauls to our area of operation. Madison little league assist in providing baseball training to over 500 children each season. The organization offers four fields that are utilized for tee ball, coach pitch, minor league, and little league baseball groups, all of this is in need of major improvements. The primary field that is used for the major little league games, and activities is a turf field, which has facilitated five state competitions, and various territorial rivalries inside the state.

After all the processing is complete, the member can then select which vehicle they would like to drive. For this portion of the set event, we would require one volunteer for each vehicle that was escorted to the event. After the test drive is over, the member will then move to the post-drive study. Also, the member is asked by a volunteer about their involvement and details about driving the vehicle. To operate the event, we require 4 volunteers to handle the enrollment section of the event. The event will require 6 volunteers for the test drive part, one for each vehicle and another 4 volunteers will be required for the post drive overview. We'll required to add up to 42 volunteers to assist with the event, we are going utilize each player that are there to be contenders, and assist in holding signs promoting the event. The good thing about this is that it’s free for us to hold the event. The event can be held in one day, so it isn't a time crunch, and doesn’t take up as that much time for the members and volunteers. The bingo game will be held at the gymnasium at the area high school, the area can hold up to 1,000 individuals. The event will issue out cash prizes, and physical prizes that will come from local businesses. This portion of the event is projected to be held on Saturday, 23rd of September. The goal is to raise enough money and hopefully make a profit of $10,000 dollars. With this revenue the Madison Little
League will utilize the funds as an operational budget, with hopes of creating a better product.
The acquired funds will go towards uniforms and equipment, as well as general needs for the organization. They have been in need for new uniforms for a long time. We know that this can be a tall order and the expectations are high. We are hoping for major sponsorship in order to reach our goal.
Bingo is a well-known game, is all you need to host the event is a huge space, with a few tables, chairs, and somebody to call out the numbers. The event will require many volunteers to assist with the activities. There will be a table to pay for your Bingo cards, at the front of the event leading into the area. You will pay $25 for your card, which will be a laminated card
