What can be better than having a stable job? My opinion - having a job with unique work environment where you, as an employee, feel happy, motivated and significant. It seems like a rare case; however there are companies which provide great and beneficial working environment. Google is one of a few organizations which care for their employees and provide rewarding environment for them. And in return employees reciprocate with very productive work that brings huge profits for the company. So what is Google's strategy for success?
