Summarize current strategy
Chick-fil-A has much recompense over chipotle. For one it additionally has a fast food pick-up window; whereas, chipotle only has the walk in and order restaurant. With the upper hand of this Chick-fil-A has a higher quality food/fast food than many other fast food restaurants or chipotle. At the business-level chick-fil-A’s strategy may include advertising and marketing to help escalate their brand recall. Also, at the corporate-level chick-fil-A’s strategy may include established brand, sponsorship to numerous sports events, and successful advertising campaign- for example, ‘Eat morchickin’.

As Chick-fil-A revolves around religious standards and values; this allows the company to stand out of the mass from their nearby and distant competitors. The image is based on the stand of their religious beliefs; therefore, their religious reputation sets the company on a pedestal so that customer’s impression as if the higher prices are worth the faithful, welcoming customer services, and quality food.

Priorities- One of the priorities of Chick-fil-A is being closed on Sunday; it elevates the company’s image and their show of their religious beliefs and values. This also gives Chick-fil-A a competitive gain since it represents the company with an image that holds on to its guidelines and values, making customers more drawn to it and making the faithful customers remain faithful.

Payments- Chick-fil-A does have a more expensive based menu than many other fast food restaurants. With the values and beliefs that Chick-fil-A holds the faithful customers are willing to pay since of the company’s ethics, customer service and quality
