In recent decades, either personal or public transportation have become more prevalent and more important for people to go to from one place to another which directly facilitate people to live in easy and convenient life. In addition, the fast development of the economy and the high obtaining power of its populace have made Malaysia the biggest traveler car market in South-East Asian Nations (Malaysian Industrial Development Authority, 2010). For that reason, the automotive industry has become one of the major industrial and economic forces worldwide. There are many natures of works of car mechanics workers involve generally from the simple vehicles maintenance and repairs until to a more specializes tasks such as body work, alternator repair and rebuilding engines, installation work, electrical systems or brakes, thus, resulted to present of work stressors in this occupation. Car mechanics workers that work at automotive repair and maintenance shops can be affects by various risk ergonomic hazards including factors such as strenuous work postures, awkward postures, repetitive motion, force, vibration, noise, lighting, temperature, lack of poor communication, monotonous tasks, lack of influence or control over one’s job, perception of low support, and increase pressure. All of these factors can result in injuries or problems including the tendons, muscles, or nerves which the majority of the problems may lead to musculoskeletal disorders
