Marxian Political Economy In Marxian political economy it analysis the Capitalist mode of production (CMP), Begins with the commodity. Commodity is itself more general category than capitalist Production. This is distinguish between Simple mode of production (SCP) and Capitalist mode of production (CMP). By simple commodity mode of production is meant a system of social production wherein (a) where an individual producers own their means of production, (b) They bring their product for exchange into the market, (c) the ability to labour or labour power of the individual is not bought or sold in the market. SCP has a aim of social production but CMP based on the self-expansion of value is inherently a dynamic and self-expending mode. In CMC sell their labour power C and with the money M thus obtained and buy their necessities of life C. for the capitalist class and for the CMP the circuit is of course M-C-M, we may call the C-M-C the circuit of commodities and M-C-M the circuit of capital. The logical and historical mechanism for effecting the essence the logical that the gain from M to M is achieving by selling and purchasing a cheap commodity and selling dear it. Capitalist are also present historically. This would correspond to trading and merchant capital they do money landing and other trading.
