There are many capital T-truths to take from the Bible. The story that I learned the most from in this class is the Exodus story of Moses. I think I learned the most from this story because of the underdog mentality, the truths learned with oppression, and the lesson to love everyone, even when it is hard to.
I think I gained the most knowledge from the underdog aspect of the story. This is because at some point everyone in their life feels like they are the underdog or that they cannot do anything right. This story showing us that an underdog can overcome great obstacles. I relate the most to this story specifically because I have always viewed myself as an underdog. I also never see myself the way God does. Reading about how God believed in Moses even when he did not believe in himself makes me realize that all things are possible. Who was a Hebrew male, even though her father commanded that all Hebrew boys were to be killed. This is an important thing to learn because even if you do not like a person that much you should still be kind to them. Being kind to everyone is an important lesson to learn. It is important because in life there are going to be people do have do deal with even though you do not always want to. For example, if you have a boss or a coworker that you do not life that does not mean that you cannot work together.
