Don’t Watch There are so many people that die every single day because of people who don't know how to stand up. This is simply called bystander apathy. Bystander apathy is psychological phenomenon in which individuals are less likely to help when there are others around. But if there was a bystander law that kind of forces you to help and possibly save someones live. Americans today tend to believe that if they get involved they might end up getting in trouble. It is often said that don't be afraid to stand out. But there are only bystanders because they don’t want to be the first person to take action when there is someone in need. Now it's been a couple of weeks since that person has known what the school shooter is going to do. The shooter goes through with his claims and now that one person he told should also be held responsible because he could have prevented it weeks before it took place. This person could have saved lives and made so many families thank him for the courage he had. Now if there were a law this person would have told a higher authority.

There are many people that can agree on a bystander law. But can we all agree on a consequence for the bystander? The bystander should not receive a consequence as bad as the person who did the crime because obviously the bystander didn't do anything to cause the crime. Some people might think that the bystander should get in just as much trouble as the person who commited the crime because that person could have prevented the situation.
It is said that when there are more people around when someone is in need of help that more people don’t do anything because they don’t want to be the first person to stand out. But if there are less people around a serious situation the more people want to offer help because there aren't a lot people to watch the person to take action. If we think about this law we should know that its very simple because it’s just one phone call. Today we have such easy access to phones so it
