The Jungle Book is a fiction book made by Rudyard Kipling. It is about a man cub that was lost in the jungle and he is adopted by the mother wolf and and father wolf, they take him to council rock and Bageera the panther and Baloo the bear fight to get him in. But Shere Khan the tiger wants to kill him this is a very good book. Key idea 1
So Mowgli is the man cub that everyone in the jungle wants. Especially Shere Khan the tiger, but Mother Wolf will not let him have the man cub so he gets mad and walks off. So the Father Wolf takes the man cub to the Council rock Baloo the bear and Bageera the panther wants Mowgli to be accepted into the pack. Everyone in the jungle hates the Monkeys because of their stupidity. Baloo , Bageera , and Kaa come to save Mowgli from the monkey tribe. Baloo Bageera and Kaa fight the monkeys killing some of them. They rescue Mowgli and Kaa eats the monkeys that they killed.

Key idea 3
One day there was a drought in the indian jungle and the Hathi the leadeer of the Elephants said that they would have a water truth and all the animals of the jungle could drink without being hurt by any of the other animals. One day when everyone was at the water hole Shere Khan the tiger comes and tells everybody the story about how he killed a man the people of the jungle are astonished and send Shere Khan away from the water hole.
