They also need to know when exactly to use their less lethal weapons such as the electric rifle known as a Taser or the OC spray also known as mace or pepper spray. They may also use the self-defense techniques taught during their time in training of mixed martial arts that they gained knowledge in, taking someone down with an arm maneuver or something similar.

If you didn’t have protective armour you could get shot in the chest with a well placed arrow in the chest that would cut through your skin because it had a lot of force behind it., and be down a soldier instead of them fighting on. Armour would protect people so they wouldn’t get killed. A scutatus would wear a turaric helmet that was composed of one piece, a full mail length lorica, and a sealed cuirass. A mail lorica would protect the chest area down to the torso. A sealed cuirass would also do that but add extra protection. With the guidelines provided by these organizations Public Health Nurses (PHN) can help develop and execute strategies in an effort to decrease the lives lost to unintentional injuries.
