Recommended: Compare and contrast online learning and face to face learning

Education is one of the most important things for everyone, from all walks of life, especially in today's competitive era. For that variety of ways are used to raise the standard of education, so that later will produce students skilled, clever, and able to answer the challenges of the times better. One method used is blended learning, which is a mixture of traditional methods of online learning.
Education purpose in terms of education, this thesis is expected to be one of the considerations to choose blended learning that will be used or applied at the high school level. So that it can apply blended learning model in accordance with all aspects of learning.

1.2 MOTIVATION
Today, high-quality education is a consideration for all parents to place their children in a formal and non-formal school. It spawned a variety of learning methods offered to attract the attention of parents. One of the methods offered is blended learning. Where to combine face-to-face learning or traditional learning and online learning. The method used for its manufacture uses a skill-driven method. In this skill-driven method, learners still need to attend formal classes scheduled by the school. As for online learning, using a simple website. This website can be accessed by students, teachers, and administrators who are tasked to monitor the website. To be able to use this website, students need to create an account that contains the student's brief data. After that, subsequent access only needs to enter student ID and password that have been registered before. On the website, it will contain some material that can be used by students as a reference in learning. It also contains some tasks assigned by the teacher to be collected at the next meeting or emailed to the teaching
