The Big Five Project Personality Test breaks down our personality’s into the five dimensions also known as the ocean model. The ocean model is an acronym for the 5 dimensions; openness to experience/intellect, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. I came into this personality test hoping to get a pretty good representation of who I am but in all honesty in some aspects I got the complete opposite. I wasn’t expecting much from an online personality test but the results were honestly quite shocking and completely wrong in two of the five of the ocean acronym. First, the openness to experiences/ intellect it had said that “You are somewhat conventional.” I had a great laugh about this one since I’m someone who is always up for an adventure. Second, the agreeableness had said that “You find it easy to express irritation with others.” This statement can go both ways I can be level headed, calm, and caring as much as I can flip a switch and tell you how I feel. This test considers that a bad thing putting it long side of being rude, harsh, critical, callous, but in reality its good to have a balance. Now the three I actually agree with were conscientiousness, extraversion, and neuroticism. For conscientiousness it had said that “You probably have a messy desk!” The second I read that and looked up at my desk and saw the pile of books and cloths all over it. I broke into laughter. However, when I read into the category for the lower scorer connected to being disorganized was undependable and negligent. Personally I believe that that is completely false. You can ask anyone who knows me and they will all tell you that I am a complete mess but I am one of the most dependable people you will ever meet. This also made
