Servant leadership can be implemented in profit and bottom-line organization. For the success of any company that implements servant leadership, they must first walk the walk they are presenting. First, an individual must want to serve. A business must ensure that others such as customers needs are a priority. I truly believe in a business or service a company must ensure the growth and the well being of the customer are satisfied. If the company is putting the need of the customer first the leadership is developing their followers or employees, which allow the employee the performance at a high level. The building of the team leads to trust, stronger relationship and higher engagement in the business. Servant becomes a behavior rather than a leadership style. When this behavior is showered on your guest or customer it makes them feel important and they will return to business simply based on the experience they received. They develop a trust from a company because of their service, experience, and treatment. When a company treats customer, vendors and each other with fairness it can only increase profit to any business. Servant leadership offers to establish vision, standard procedure, cultivating customers, and continuous growth (Coetzer, Bussin, & Geldenhuy, 2017, p.1). The employees are performing at a high level because they are a part of the decision-making process, they are producing a quality product and building relationship with the vendor, customers, and each other.

Employees chose to stay with a company they feel cares about them and allow them to be a part of the business process. The company takes own positivity and empowerment of their employees, which change the dynamics of the environment (culture). This positive contagious atmosphere will increase the output of production and provide a retention of customers. The retention alone will increase the bottom-line and increase the customers loyalty to the company. Empowering the employees will increase the innovation and creativity for problem-solving issues. It will be difficult for the supervisor to push the employees for better performance. A few challenges which could possibly occur is a lack of authority with managers. It can be difficult for servant managers to step back into a dominate manager role. Servant leadership may lead to demotivation of employees and the company receive fewer results over time. It provides limited vision for managers who provides direction. The manager must have some detachment from employees
