Speaking is where you are able to talk to others to convey information from that task or assignment. Accordingly, social perceptiveness is needed as a skill for this category. To explain, social perceptiveness is when the teacher must pay attention to the students as well as being aware of other people's reactions and they must understand why they act the way they do and to know that everyone will act differently from time to time. To follow up with this, monitoring is a must have. Monitoring is when you need to assess yourself as well as others. To put all of this together, being a teacher assistant can be a enjoyable job. The character traits of being patient, kind and a great communicator are helpful if you’re a teacher assistant.
