• Profits, an auction will always make a profit, by selling cars at wholesale

Weakness
• Buyers fighting over a vehicle, I did not say arguing, I said fighting. This can be bad for business.
• Some dealers do not ask for their vehicle to be detail, even though they need it. This could make you lose a sale or a better price.
• Buyer and dealer should inspect the vehicles the day before, not as they are going through the sale, this can slow down the auction.
• Some days vehicles go through the auction our of order, and this through the auctioneer off, for he is giving the specs for a different vehicle.
Opportunities
• Add cameras over the bay area, so the auctioneer can see what vehicles is coming up for auction next.
• Set up some bench row seating for the buyer to sit and see the vehicle

In summary, most auto auction can make a lot of money in any economic environment, whether it is a up or down market. You must know your business when dealing with selling vehicle at a wholesale prices, as well as the people within your community that wishes to buy and sell vehicles. You will need to treat your worker and well as you buyer and seller with respect to keep them coming back to do business with you.
Structure: the organization structure is not all that good, most of the leaders seem to lack any type of leadership training. Most of them to the worker, just seem to drive around in their vehicle, and then wait until the last minute to decide as to what needs to be done. Then they must call all vans to a certain location to fix the problem, instead of handling it when they first saw the problem. Most of the supervisor don’t even know who works for them, some people have been there for years, and they do not know their name. The only thing that the upper management thinks about is moving vehicle through the sales line. As for the welfare of the people, that is the last thing they worry
