Amortizations are reductions in the value of assets or liabilities to reflect on the accounting system changes in the price of the market or other reductions in value. With the amortization, the cost of making an investment is divided among all the years of use of that investment.
Our restaurant has had to make its own amortization table.

5. CONCLUSION
The project done had the main objective of creating a multicultural restaurant in Vitoria-Gasteiz. In conclusion, it should be noted that the restaurant business has been growing thanks to the hectic life with multiple commitments, such as study, work, family and social obligations, etc. making many people opt to go out and eat rather than being at home and cook.

Concerning the conclusions of an analysis of the market, we are into a business with a high level of competition so the strategy to follow is innovation and differentiation.
