Should athletes be on the honor roll to play sports? I think that school athletes should have to be on the honor roll just to play sports The reason I say yes is because, the athletes have to be on the honor roll to play sports. The athletes have to be passing their classes to play sports. For example, here at Teague High School you do and don’t have to be on the honor roll to play a sport. Here at the school you have to be passing to play basketball,volleyball,softball,track and field,football, baseball,tennis and golf. Student should be passing with a 75% or above to play the sport that they are in. Students would be overwhelmed with having to get good grades to do sports.
