Arguments Against Police Brutality

Over the course of the past few years, officers have been using extreme actions when it is not needed. Everyone knows that police work can get dangerous at times. But sometimes the police are put in addictions were extreme measures are not useful. Because these actions take place, Police brutality should be addressed. Police brutality continues to be a major concern in society. The brutality displayed by police describes the tragic use of physical force, assault, verbal attacks or slurs, or threats from any law enforcement officer. The efforts of the police communities, throughout history, being ruined by brutality and abuse of power to some degree. The police oath is: “On my honor,/ I will never betray my badge,... . I will always uphold the constitution, my community and the agency I serve”. There oath consist of protecting us a person, and making sure to keep the bad citizens off the streets. Remind you that killing is not in any part of their oath at all. Knowing that they are obligated to shot if they feel threatened, or shoot at. But, from what the news and investigations look it does not seem as if either of those two options were the cause of the death. Some people would say police brutality is almost like slavery. It occurs every day, in cities, towns across the law, etc when police target color people for humiliating by threatening with saying that will send them to jail based off their ethnicity, but not realizing that they have not committed a crime. According to the U.S. Constitution, racial profiling is patently illegal because the police are going against their freedom from unreasonable searches. Notice that racial profiling, involves race and involves negative treatment
