Illegal Immigrants A person that has entered the United States without inspection or legal permission, or through the use of false papers is considered an undocumented immigrant.(The University of Texas of Austin 2013) Since illegal immigrants did not enter the United States through legal pathways they are difficult to track. Where the immigrants are and what they are doing is almost impossible to monitor, increasing the possibilities of terrorism and drug trafficking. In order to solve these problems the United States should start deporting immigrants that are causing the problems such as those who are in prisons and jails. The people committing crimes and making the United States, unsafe should be the first to be sent back to their homeland. Illegal immigrants are accused of being the reason why wages are depreciating and causing an increase in domestic terrorism. US citizens are accusing undocumented immigrants of taking over their jobs and impacting them in a negative perspective. Many believe this problem could be lessened by punishing the employer for hiring undocumented immigrants without proper papers. The employers are the ones responsible for US citizens becoming unemployed because they are the ones that decide who to hire. Illegal immigrants are doing what everyone else is doing, which is applying for the job and waiting to be hired.
